A FEW EASY TIPS TO PROTECT YOUR SKIN FROM SUN

Use sunscreen liberally 20 minutes before you step out in sun; especially on cloudy days.
Use sunscreen in adequate quantities.
Apply on all exposed areas ; do not forget your lips and ears.
Blend in upwards with gentle stroking motion.
Use it every 3 hours. Reapply after swimming or sweating
Use an umbrella or wear a wide brimmed hat.
Avoid synthetic fabrics. Use light coloured cotton. It helps absorb harmful UV rays
Minimize exposure to sun between 10 AM ? 4 PM.
Use sunglasses
Sit in the shade whenever possible.
Wear protective , tightly woven clothing
