Fractional co2 Laser & Mesotherapy for Post surgery scar

A  32 year old girl visited the clinic with a depressed scar with telengiectasia  post  lump removal from the breast.   She was treated with single session of mesotherapy along with two sessions of Fractional CO2 laser at 1 month interval.

She was quite happy with the results as all the blood vessels vanished , the depressed scar healed  and  acheived normal skin colour.
