IRRITANT CONTACT DERMATITIS (BURNS)DUE TO BLEACH

A 37 year old lady visited the clinic with severe irritant contact dermatitis in the form of burns on both cheeks with reddness , crusting and burning sensation DUE TO use of excessive ACTIVATOR during bleaching at home. She was treated with oral and topical medications so as to avoid any post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and scarring .
