A FEW EASY TIPS TO PROTECT YOUR SKIN FROM SUN
- Use sunscreen liberally 20 minutes before you step out in sun; especially on cloudy days.
- Use sunscreen in adequate quantities.
- Apply on all exposed areas ; do not forget your lips and ears.
- Blend in upwards with gentle stroking motion.
- Use it every 3 hours. Reapply after swimming or sweating
- Use an umbrella or wear a wide brimmed hat.
- Avoid synthetic fabrics. Use light coloured cotton. It helps absorb harmful UV rays
- Minimize exposure to sun between 10 AM ? 4 PM.
- Use sunglasses
